Six to twelve months for a Saturday between May and October. Those dates go first. For a winter or weekday wedding, three months is usually comfortable. If your date is sooner than that, call us anyway. We hold inventory back for short-notice bookings, and we have turned a wedding around on a week's notice before. It is not our favourite way to work, but it can be done.

Almost always. Bring us the screenshot. We will tell you honestly what we can build exactly, what we would adapt to your room's proportions, and what we would change because it will not photograph the way it does in the picture.

Yes, and the two are usually quoted together because they share rigging. Ceiling draping is the single biggest change you can make to a plain banquet hall: it lowers the perceived ceiling, hides ductwork and gives your uplighting something to glow against.

Always. Our team installs on the day and returns at the end of the night to strike. Venue access times are coordinated with your coordinator directly so nobody in your family is stacking chairs at 1am.

A sweetheart table is usually the more affordable of the two, since it is one small surface instead of twenty feet of skirting and florals. That said, couples often reinvest the difference into a more dramatic backdrop behind it. We will show you both options side by side in your quote.

Yes. Bring your florist's palette or a photo of your bouquet and we will match tone and flower type across the head table, the centrepieces and the ceremony. If we are doing your florals too, it is matched by default.

We provide it. Tufted loveseats, high-back thrones and carved settees are all part of our own inventory, which means one contract, one delivery and one team on site.

It varies more than couples expect. A low candle-and-greenery design and a five-foot crystal candelabra with a floral crown are not in the same range. Tell us your table count and the look you are after and we will quote a per-table figure with two or three options at different levels, so you can decide where the money goes.

We do. Our team sets every table, places chargers and napkins, lights the candles before doors open, and returns at the end of the night to pack everything out.

We usually recommend it. A room of all-tall can feel like a forest from the back; all-low can feel flat under a high ceiling. We will mark which tables get which on your floor plan.

We work with both, and we are straight with you about the trade-off. High-quality silk holds up all night under hot lights, photographs beautifully and costs less for large installations. Fresh is unmatched up close, at the head table and in bouquets. Most of our weddings use a mix.

Chair covers are quoted per chair, and sashes are usually a small add-on per chair on top. Because it scales directly with guest count, it is one of the easiest line items to model. Give us your number and we will give you a firm figure the same week.

Yes, all three. Our team fits every cover and ties every sash on site before your guests arrive, and collects everything at the end of the night. You do not have to return anything.

It is a start, and for some rooms it genuinely is enough. What venue linen rarely includes is floor-length drop, overlays, coloured napkins or chair treatment, which is where the palette actually lives. We are happy to layer over what your venue provides rather than replacing it.

Yes. Same-day room flips are routine for us: ceremony in the space, cocktail hour elsewhere, and our team resetting chairs, linens and centrepieces in between.

Yes. Four-pillar and open-frame mandaps, draped and floral, built to your venue's ceiling height and with the clearances your priest needs. Send us the ritual requirements along with the guest count and we will design around them.

Yes, and it is usually more economical than booking them separately. We share inventory across the days and send the same crew, so the look carries through and you are not re-explaining your wedding to a new team on day two.

We do private-residence and backyard events regularly. The constraints are different (power, access, weather cover), so we will want to see the space or a video walkthrough before quoting.

Always. We use battery pillar candles where open flame is not permitted, free-standing rigging where nothing can be attached to the structure, and we deal with the venue's coordinator directly on load-in windows and fire-code clearances.

Yes. Gardens, gazebos, tents and private properties across the region. Outdoor work needs weighted bases, a wind plan and an agreed rain call, all of which we build into the quote rather than improvising on the day.

Yes. Room flips during cocktail hour are routine. We agree the timing with your venue and coordinator in advance and staff it accordingly.

We do. Church, mosque, temple or gurdwara in the morning and the hall in the evening, with one team, one contract, and florals that carry between the two.

It depends on wall length and how much of the room you want washed rather than spotted. A mid-size hall commonly lands somewhere between twelve and twenty-four. We will count it against your venue's floor plan instead of guessing.

Not if it is programmed properly. We keep dinner warm and neutral so skin tones photograph correctly, and save saturated colour for after the meal when the photographer is shooting the dance floor. If you tell us who your photographer is, we are happy to coordinate directly.

Yes. Printed vinyl, cut to your floor's exact dimensions. Send us your invitation crest or monogram artwork and we will lay it out and send a proof before printing.

Yes. Bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières and corsages, in fresh flowers, delivered the morning of. They are designed from the same palette as the room so your portraits and your reception photos agree with each other.

Structural work (floral walls, arch frames, hanging valances) is premium silk. It holds shape under hot lights for twelve hours, photographs beautifully, and costs far less at that scale. Anything guests are close to, and everything in your hands, we do fresh.
