A hundred and fifty chairs is a hundred and fifty rectangles of colour, and they are in every wide photograph you will ever have of this day. Covering them is the single highest-impact, lowest-cost change you can make to a banquet hall.
Fitted, not draped
There are two kinds of chair cover. The kind that fits: spandex or ruched, cut for the chair model your venue actually owns, taut across the back with no sag at the legs. And the kind that looks like a pillowcase by the time speeches start.
We carry covers sized for the chairs used across Ottawa's main halls, and we fit them on site. If your venue has chiavari or crossback chairs worth showing, we will tell you to skip covers entirely and put the money into sashes, linens or florals instead.
Linens are where a palette becomes real
Floor-length base cloths, satin or organza overlays, runners, and sashes tied in a band, a bow or a knot with a brooch. This is the layer that carries your colour through the whole room rather than concentrating it in five arrangements.
Everything arrives pressed. We do not deliver linens in a bag and leave. Creases photograph, and there is no fixing them at 4pm.

Linens, answered
Chair covers are quoted per chair, and sashes are usually a small add-on per chair on top. Because it scales directly with guest count, it is one of the easiest line items to model. Give us your number and we will give you a firm figure the same week.
Yes, all three. Our team fits every cover and ties every sash on site before your guests arrive, and collects everything at the end of the night. You do not have to return anything.
It is a start, and for some rooms it genuinely is enough. What venue linen rarely includes is floor-length drop, overlays, coloured napkins or chair treatment, which is where the palette actually lives. We are happy to layer over what your venue provides rather than replacing it.
Yes. Same-day room flips are routine for us: ceremony in the space, cocktail hour elsewhere, and our team resetting chairs, linens and centrepieces in between.
