Privacy note

What we collect

Only what you type into our inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, your wedding date, your venue or city, an approximate guest count, which services you’re interested in, and any notes you add. We also record how you arrived at the site (for example, a search engine or a referral link) so we know which of our pages are useful.

We do not ask for your budget, and we do not ask for any financial information through this website.

What we use it for

Replying to you, quoting your wedding, and, if you book, planning and delivering it. That is the whole list. Your inquiry goes to our own inbox and to the internal tools we use to make sure nothing is missed.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with other wedding vendors, venues or advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your chosen visual direction is stored in your own browser’s local storage so the site looks the same when you come back; that never leaves your device and is not linked to you.

How long we keep it

Inquiries we quote but don’t hear back on are kept for two years, because couples often return after a change of plan. Booked weddings are kept as long as we need them for our business records. Ask us to delete your information at any point and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Photographs

The photographs on this site are of real weddings we decorated. They show rooms, not guests. If you are a past client and would prefer a particular photograph came down, email us and it will be removed. No explanation needed.
