About pricing
The questions couples ask before they ask anything else.
Because any number we published would be wrong for most people reading it. A hundred-guest hall needing linens and centrepieces, and a four-hundred-guest ballroom needing a ceiling drape, a built stage and a floral wall, are not the same job, and not even the same order of magnitude. Rather than post a misleading “from” figure, we quote your actual room. Send your date and guest count and you'll have itemised pricing within a couple of days.
Yes, and most couples do. These tiers exist to show you what a coherent room looks like at three levels of build. They aren't fixed menus. Take The Essentials and add uplighting. Take The Grand and drop the dance floor wrap. Your quote is itemised so you can see what each move costs.
The Signature. It's the point where a plain banquet hall stops reading as a plain banquet hall: a real backdrop behind the head table, mixed-height centrepieces and programmed lighting. Couples who start at The Essentials most often add the backdrop and the uplighting once they see what those two do.
A deposit reserves your date and comes off the total; the balance is due before the wedding. Exact figures and dates are in your written contract. Nothing is verbal and nothing is a surprise.
Tell us as soon as you know. Chair covers, linens and centrepieces scale per table, so a change in count is a straightforward adjustment rather than a renegotiation. Guest counts move on almost every wedding we do, so it is expected.
