The first ninety seconds
Ceremony & Aisle Decor in Ottawa
The walk down the aisle is ninety seconds long and it is the part everyone films. Arches, aisle florals, petals, draping and the doorway you appear through: that is what is in the frame behind you.
Indoors, outdoors and everything the weather does in between
Ottawa gives you roughly four months of dependable outdoor weather and then makes you pay for it. We build for both: freestanding arches and aisle stands that can be moved indoors in twenty minutes, weighted bases for wind off the river, and covered alternatives already agreed before the day so nobody is making that call in a panic at 11am.
For garden and tented ceremonies we will walk the site with you: ground level, guest approach, where the sun sits at your ceremony time, and whether that gorgeous backlit shot your photographer wants is actually possible.
Then we flip the room
Most of our couples get married and eat dinner in the same space. That means an hour, sometimes forty-five minutes, to move a hundred chairs, drop the linens, set every centrepiece and relight the candles while your guests are at cocktails.
We do this most weekends. It is choreographed in advance with your coordinator, and it is included in the quote rather than surfacing as a surprise line item.

Questions
Ceremony, answered
Yes. Gardens, gazebos, tents and private properties across the region. Outdoor work needs weighted bases, a wind plan and an agreed rain call, all of which we build into the quote rather than improvising on the day.
Yes. Room flips during cocktail hour are routine. We agree the timing with your venue and coordinator in advance and staff it accordingly.
We do. Church, mosque, temple or gurdwara in the morning and the hall in the evening, with one team, one contract, and florals that carry between the two.
