What they look at for four hours

Wedding Centerpieces & Tablescapes in Ottawa

Guests see your backdrop once. They look at their table all night. Centerpieces, chargers, napkins, candlelight and the linen underneath are the decor your guests actually live inside, and the reason a room feels finished instead of decorated.

Tall, low, or both

Tall centrepieces (crystal candelabras, gold pedestals, elevated floral bowls) create height and drama and let guests see each other underneath. Low designs feel intimate and conversational and cost less per table. Most rooms look best with a mix: tall on the outer ring where they read against the drapery, low through the middle where sightlines to the head table matter.

We will map it table by table against your floor plan rather than quoting one design times fifteen.

The full setting, not just the flowers

A centrepiece sitting on a bare white cloth with hotel cutlery is a centrepiece. A centrepiece over a satin overlay, on a gold charger, beside a folded napkin in your palette, ringed with votives: that is a tablescape, and it is what makes the wide shots in your album work.

Charger plates, napkins, table numbers, votive candles, menu placement and the linen underneath are all quoted together so nothing arrives mismatched on the day.

Questions

Tablescapes, answered

It varies more than couples expect. A low candle-and-greenery design and a five-foot crystal candelabra with a floral crown are not in the same range. Tell us your table count and the look you are after and we will quote a per-table figure with two or three options at different levels, so you can decide where the money goes.

We do. Our team sets every table, places chargers and napkins, lights the candles before doors open, and returns at the end of the night to pack everything out.

We usually recommend it. A room of all-tall can feel like a forest from the back; all-low can feel flat under a high ceiling. We will mark which tables get which on your floor plan.

We work with both, and we are straight with you about the trade-off. High-quality silk holds up all night under hot lights, photographs beautifully and costs less for large installations. Fresh is unmatched up close, at the head table and in bouquets. Most of our weddings use a mix.
