Backdrops & Draping
Every photograph of your first dance, your speeches, your cake: all of it happens against one wall. We build that wall. Full-height drapery, sequin panels, floral installations and lighting, cut to your room's exact measurements and installed the morning of.

02 · Head Tables
Head & Sweetheart Tables
You will spend more of your reception behind this table than anywhere else in the room, and so will every camera. We design it as the room's focal point: the loveseat or thrones, the floral runner, the skirting, and the way it reads from the very back table.

Centerpieces & Tablescapes
Guests see your backdrop once. They look at their table all night. Centerpieces, chargers, napkins, candlelight and the linen underneath are the decor your guests actually live inside, and the reason a room feels finished instead of decorated.

Chair Covers & Linens
A hundred and fifty chairs is a hundred and fifty rectangles of colour, and they are in every wide photograph you will ever have of this day. Covering them is the single highest-impact, lowest-cost change you can make to a banquet hall.

05 · Stages
Stages, Mandaps & Nikah
For many of the families we work with, the stage is not decoration. It is where the marriage actually happens, in front of everyone who raised you. We have been building mandaps, nikah stages, mehndi settings and reception thrones in Ottawa since 1996, for every community in this city.

Ceremony & Aisle
The walk down the aisle is ninety seconds long and it is the part everyone films. Arches, aisle florals, petals, draping and the doorway you appear through: that is what is in the frame behind you.

07 · Lighting
Lighting & Dance Floors
Lighting is what turns your decor on. The same room, the same drapery, the same flowers, either lit flat by the venue's ceiling pots or washed in warm amber with your florals pin-spotted and your name glowing across the floor. It is the cheapest dramatic change in this entire list.

Florals
Booking your flowers and your decor from two companies is how palettes drift. Your florist's blush and your decorator's blush are rarely the same blush. We design both together, from the same palette, installed by the same team on the same morning.
