Orléans and the east end host many of the region's biggest weddings, and big rooms are where decor makes the largest difference.
East-end banquet halls regularly seat three, four, even five hundred guests. At that scale the mistakes are different. A backdrop that reads beautifully from table two disappears from table thirty, centrepieces that looked generous on a sample table vanish across a two-hundred-foot room, and a single uplighting colour that works in a small hall goes muddy over that much wall.
We design large rooms in zones: a taller, higher-contrast feature wall, mixed centrepiece heights so the room has rhythm rather than repetition, and lighting placed to define the dance floor as its own space. It is also where our own inventory matters most. Three hundred matching chair covers is a stock question, not a design question.

Six to twelve months for a Saturday between May and October, which is when this region's venues fill up. Winter and weekday dates are usually comfortable at three months. Ask regardless of timing. We deliberately hold inventory back for short-notice bookings, and we have put a full wedding together on a week's notice before.

Very happily. We work alongside planners, photographers, DJs and florists every weekend and we are used to being one part of a bigger team. If you already have a florist, send us their proposal and we will design the decor to sit with it rather than against it.
Yes, and this has been core to what we do since 1996. Hindu mandaps, nikah and mehndi settings, Sikh ceremonies, Afghan and Persian receptions, Lebanese and Ethiopian weddings, church and civil ceremonies. We have said from the very beginning that we work with all cultures and ethnicities, and we mean it literally. You should not have to explain your own traditions to your decorator.
